The game is great, 1 of kind and you will not find another like it. Teamwork and communication play a big factor in foxhole and is really fun working with friends and getting to know the community. But like every mmo there are trolls,toxic players, cheaters and occasionally hackers that get away with way to much before any form of punishment is issued and if punished it is very lean. The moderation system needs a total rehaul to prevent these kinds of actions an that's something the Community Manager refuses to do. Along with that there is a Mod team which works hard to try to keep the peace but is hindered by speedbumps the Community Manager put in place. A majority of the Mod team doesn't play the game, the ones that do are understanding and then there are the bad apples that do more harm than good, these bad apples try in everyway to hinder the game for others and put there clan first, think they are above the rules and are unprofessional and immature. The 4 points are for the game itself which is great, the -6 is for the overall moderation which might kill this game if not fixed.
