All of the issues you are having should be explained in the .txt file marked "README". However I will explain it here anyway. It is necessary to copy the contents of all of the folders into the folders of the same name in the Napoleonic Wars directory. For example, when you unpack the addon you must copy the contents of the mod texture folder into the Napoleonic Wars texture folder, repeat this for resources. The notepads may be overwritten.

When you download it all the instructions are in the notepad.txt document titled: "Readme". If you follow that, you should be able to get it to work.

Right, I advise that you variafy your game cache for Mount & Blade and then use the new download I have just put up, it should fix the bug. Hope it helps. :P
