Noticed a bit of a bug, the event for Romania's independence doesn't seem to fire. I assume it's based off Romania being a substate instead of a puppet. I'm not complaining mind you, makes blobbing into Russia/AH a lot easier, but figured I ought to tell ya.

Bit of a bug I noticed: if you become a great power as shogunate japan, you can get the bonin incident event ruining your opinion of yourself. Not really sure how that works. Proof: I.redd.it

Also, could you possibly make it a bit clearer as to what one needs to do in order to make that event stop happening? I assumed civilizing would do it, but given how it still happens now that I'm a great power, I've got no clue.

For some reason when I install the mod the majority of nations have black flags. Anyone know how to fix that?
