I got a question regarding the IC. Is it intentional to have relatively low IC to countries? Or will it then be balanced in the future?

He didn't call it the greatest. He called it the biggest, meaning it includes alot of changes and overhauls. But it still has potential to become the greatest mod out there. It will become what East VS West was going to be.
