I can assure you that not all Americans are like that, so I don't think its really fair to lump this guy with the rest (Granted, alot of Americans does have issues...)

It's using the Comanche skin because I made it using a Comanche skin. Not to mention it fits better with the rest of the stuffs in the game... Sorta...
(Maker of the Comanche model that is avialable at Sleipnir's)
Model is a modified version of the Kirov Airship model made by SharpShark ( Moddb.com ). It is specified as a public model (Allowed for download and use provided with credit) and can be obtained at Sleipnirstuff.com
"Guardian"
Basically the Red Alert 3 Guardian Tank...
And followed by my usual question of "why?"
Uhh... Is it only me or are they glowing?
Teasers are supposed to show things from the real thing to spark curiosity in the audiance, not showing random mildly-related materials. As much as I know they're not making it into the actual finished product, but they don't belong here if you're already positive that it's not making it...
Okay... So why? The difference it so minute its really hard to notice any difference at all...
It's been on a near dead status for quite a while now. No clue on possible revival.
Uhh... Jester, read ColonelWog's post below yours, lol.
On second thought, you could just alpha map the runway and dirt marks and leave the grass out of the model altogether. That way the same model can used in both desert maps and temperate maps without looking odd out.
Hmm... I'm not sure what that truck is supposed to be, but IMO a truck carrying aircraft fuel may be a little more fitting, along with a tent where the electronics are placed in, if that's what the truck is there for. Also, increase the alpha blending more so you get a smooth transition instead; what you have here is better than the ealier ones but there's still room for improvement.
Firstly, what that large blank space next to the runways and hangers for? Second, you might want to alpha blend the borders so that they blend into the ground instead of standing out dead solid.
"Good concept on the overall mod idea, but rather bad in bringing it to reality" it seems.
Cartoon textures works too so that argument isn't really a valid one.
No exact date, it's pretty hard to tell since a team member has been too busy in real life to work on the mod and my capilities are fairly limited in his field.
I won't call myself great; plenty of people way better than I am in this field.
Sleipnir's is barely alive though, only a hand full of people still visits there every now and then.
Umm... This particular one is not part of any mod, it's a one off model.
Well, unless you have a limit on the firing arc or have the barrels elevate during firing, the right turret is going to clip into the left turret if a target is on the left of building and vica-versa when the target is on the right.
Well, I can't say I like it. My opinion would be to avoid mix-matching pre-existing items, but seeing as you're putting new textures on it and is probably not going retain any of the original sides in this modification, it might just work. Although some design issues still needs to be addressed; as 5anfor pointed out below, there will be problems when the turrets are rotated towards certain directions.
Not a very nice tone to reply to someone who's just making an observation is it?
Oh, and just because you asked:

40 minutes, not completely finished.
Three civilian bunkers and two US battleship turrets... With a little bit of added props.
