The gloss module was only made for the PBR version of ES
without it, your game will crash, there's no workaround other than installing the intended version as said in the modpage description.
A heads up, the patch for efp will not work 100% with the rest of the pack (more specifically efpwp), due to the impact nades requiring the changes from vanilla rgd-5 and f1 nades, otherwise it will crash when you equip the impact nades.
You would need to make those anims have their own standalone variants of the same items to not cause any issues
It's not something easy to fix, would require some blender knowledge to do it.
Only thing you can do is either wait till someone does it or you do it yourself.
Reason for why rostok is laggy is not because of the map and rather the amount of npcs in there. Edit the smart terrains in rostok and you will get more fps there.

That "glitch" is not a glitch, that's how shaders work on screen space, it has that edge reflection that stops once the puddle is not on an angle that can reflect something on your screen.

That's the thing, Ascii fixed that using the previous version of ES, it wasn't blue and was quite nice since he fixed a lot of odd stuff with it, but now the bug is back.
Happens only with ES, i remember your volumetric module fixing that in the previous versions, but now it's back at it again.

Well, you possibly did not choose the right stuff when installing SSS
You said you have ES and Beef NVGs, and only has enabled SSS, you have probably choosen the Beef NVG patch by mistake and forgot to install something else more in SSS archive, please read modpage description, shouldn't have any problems doing it right.
