Try messing about with the different settings in the camp menu, like "AI Defense Stance Bloacked" in Warsword options, or the formation stuff in PBOD preferences.
See if that makes a difference. I'm not sure how those work with joined AI vs AI battles though, but worth a try.

You'd have to try using tweakmb or looking up tweak forum threads and attempt to adapt the tweaks for warsword.

You must have missed a step or put the launcher in the wrong place or something. Try watching ReformistTM's install guide on youtube, I've heard it explains it well.

I'm pretty sure the option is still there, thought I saw it in a letsplay video. There's maybe some condition you weren't fulfilling, like having space in the party.

As Trenchin says you have to run the mod through WSE every time.

It is a known bug. When your player kingdom is destroyed (sometime after losing your last fief) the game breaks. No currently know. solution, sorry.

Try enabling load textures on demand in the configure menu of the launcher.
Or reinstall the mod, make sure it's in the right place.

Try updating all your hardware drivers (worked for me), or running in windows 8 compatibility mode.

I think the hand cannon is purchasable from one of the wizard merchants. No on the inferno cannon.

Use the option to select a colour range on the white scratches, then mask that out of your recolouring layer.

Could also try running the game through steam again up to the launcher THEN through wse.

For keys check the manual in the docs folder. Non-battle potions can be drunk through the camp menu.

If you look through polloio or kevinflemming's comments they have been posting potential fixes for the crashes.
Updating all hardware drivers (not just graphics) helped massively with mine.

Various other players have been doing fine with non-magic builds, or magic builds with the current skill points, so should be fine as is.
