SaitouX is wrong.
You have just to adjust the size of the hands from the front side, about the leftside looks good. In conclusion the hands aren't too long but becouse they are thim they create the effect of too long hands.
And one more thing if I may, you should delimitate a little bit the elbow : I.imgur.com.

So if you would make those changes would be nice.
