Is there any connection between you guys posting this pic and the publishing of this video (https://youtu.be/IBBA-T1Wv5c) on the same day?

In older builds of the mod the custom battle rosters of England and France included variants of units for each Earldom/County/Duchy. However now that has been almost entirely removed with the exception of the different variants of Generals units for England. I was jut curious why that was removed from the mod and whether it will be added back in?

So I've followed all instructions for downloading the mod and am fairly sure everything is where it is supposed to be, however when I click to open the launcher(regardless of whether I'm clicking on the shortcut or the actual application) nothing happens, literally nothing, the mouse will have the loading circle next to it for a second and then it goes away. I have tried everything, I have downloaded and redownload both the mod and Napoleon total war several times, I have looked through files with a friend, who has the mod working, to see if I'm missing something he has or vice versa, and everything checks out. Any idea on why it is not working?

To my knowledge they have yet to release the new update, not sure where you got the information that they did.

Hey,

I was wondering when you plan on starting beta testing for the next update(or maybe you have already started), and if it's soon if I could participate. I've been using tor mod a lot and most frequently use it to simulate the battles for a large map game I'm doing(map games are geopolitical simulations). Hope you can get back to me on this, love your work.

that is more or less actually what it is,
During the Bulgarian coup d'état of 1923, Prime Minister Aleksandar Stamboliyski convinced Tsar Boris to flee to Byzantium and set up a government in exile. In the aftermath of the coup the Bulgarian Communist Party began an uprising in late August, quickly gaining steam with Soviet support. Seeing an opportunity Constantine offers to help the Bulgarian Government in exile, the government accepted, and in early September 1923 the Treaty of Thessaloniki was signed between the two governments. The Royal Hellenic Army, invaded in late September, catching both the fascists and communists by surprise, and with the support of loyalist forces, by early December victory had been achieved, and coup leader Aleksandar Tsankov
fled the country. With Byzantine forces occupying the country, Constantine had gained a enormous amount of power over Bulgaria. Bulgaria is more or less subsequently forced into signing the Treaty of Varna, which established the dual monarchy and created the Byzantine-Bulgarian Empire.

The Union was rather short lived though because if the sudden death of the Bulgarian Tsar in 1925, which some people theorize may have been planned by Constantine. Upon one day after he Tsar's death, Constantine declared himself the sole ruler of the Byzantine Empire, of which Bulgaria was made into a province. Over the course of the next year several minor revolts occurred across Bulgaria but all of them were easily defeated. In order to avoid future conflict Constantine opted to compromise with Bulgarian officials, and the Linguistic Cooperative Act of 1925, was signed in late June, the treaty dictated that neither Bulgarian or Greek would be used in certain areas, and instead Latin, a neutral language with association with the empire, went into official use in some cases. this also factored into the paired Military Reorganization Act, which restructured the Byzantine Military into the "Novam Legionem Ratio", in which the largest level of organization was a Legion, which consisted of ten cohorts each with 10,000 men. In the beginning of 1926 the Empire had three legions of men, along with seven unassigned cohorts.

This hasn't been updated in the history here yet

First I'd like to say that you have a legitimate point, however you are forgetting a few things. First the the Byzantine Empire has a larger population, and military strength than Greece does historically. Secondly the mod(and therefore the game pics take place in 1962. Thirdly by 1930 the empire only annexes Macedonia from Yugoslavia, which isn't depicted on the map since the map is about 40 years later, finally as for Bulgaria, it isn't talked about yet indepth because I haven't gotten around to it but it isn't anywhere near a simple treaty or invasion y which Bulgaria is taken, it's through fairly conplex measures, and a lot of subterfuge, and also a growing fear of the Soviet Union, again it's complictaed

Nice to have someone who's done there research :D. Fully agree with what you said, turkey isn't a weak country today, it was just in a weak position in the 1920s, hope TheFlyingkick can understand.

There's a link to the Alternate history in one of the articles, and ultimately if you don't like it, or disagree that's okay, but you shouldn't be rude about it.

Do some research, the battle described in the alternate history is completely historical, and it is more than plausible that the Greeks could have encircled the Turkish army, which the had the opportunity to do, at the time period many Greeks still lived in western Anatolia, and it was only after the loss in the campaign in Anatolia and the subsequent defeat in the war that most Greeks left the region. If Greece had won, which if they had encircled the Turks in that battle they would have, they would demanded land including Constantinople/Istanbul and western anatolia(Google the Megali idea). Turkey is a powerful nation and always has been but after the collapse of the Ottoman Empire they were vulnerable and historically came out unscathed, which was honestly a strike of very good fortune, it is not anywhere near impossible for the Greeks to have made concessions. The taking of the rest of Anatolia occurs later on, read the alternate history for details, it's 77 pages long and goes deeply indepth about how the current situation occurs. It also should be noted that the Turks still exist, and are a destabilizing factor in the Byzantine empire.

Turkey, exists as potentially releasable, and does get released in events down the line, not to mention many events involve them.

In the alternate history the Soviet Union expands attempts to expand westward just as it did historically, sadly since historically there were no treaties protecting the Baltic states(unlike Poland) the western powers don't do anything when they get taken.

Sorry that you have such a large problem with it, I do not hate the Baltic states, and I definitely would love to see them be free and independent, however the Soviet Union still absorbed them as they do historically. Sorry this got you so upset.
