I already lost my trust on Unity when they decided to remove Javascript completely from the engine, out of the thin air without any warning. All my old projects are now broken because of this.

Hey, just saw your message. We originally started the project using Unreal Engine 5, but the engine was so unstable it always freezes for no reason. It will even freeze when pressing the save button. We decided to give Unity a try (High Definition Render Pipeline) and it's not too bad. Unity now has cinematic tool which works OK-ish so far. We basically re-did the whole game within a week, which previously took around 2 months to complete in Unreal.
