i have a theory, if you have seen the hospital easter egg with the pills, medical bag and flowers, then listen up. Scott would not have placed this hospital references for nothing, so obviously it has a signifigance. Maybe this character you are playing as is the bite of 87 victim. And the hospital refers to maybe the player in a coma, and all the nightmares are from the coma
