Projectiles don't really go left or right based on the rifling. That's what causes them to go straight.

HURRAY FOR SWEEPING GENERALIZATIONS!
I'm a right-wing conservative Christian and I approve of this mod.
They've used the same engine since Generals. It's just mildly updated.
EA has a history of using decade-old engines.
"On top of these already large inclusions, we have broken from protocol and set out tobalance the vanilla game with the help of skilled expert players, finally fixing many of the long term balance issues seen in CoH."
This makes me sad..since this probably means Allies will get nerfed and Axis will get buffed..since that's all CoH's "expert" players care about. :\
Quite a few of the people writing "novels" are team members/testers trying to explain things. ;)
Nope, it's meant to be fast and not severely-realistic.
Otherwise it'd be just like Insurgency..and thank God it isn't.
It's not supposed to be "original"..it's the Source version of HL1's Firearms 2.5. Which WAS original back in the day...before "modern" shooters became the latest fad.
Eh you're doing fine, ignore the immature 12 year old CoD:MW2 trolls. ;)
Funny thing is..this mod is a recreation of FA 2.5..which had much the same gameplay YEARS before CoD/CSS came out.
So if anything..those are copies of FA 2.5. ;)
A lot of the trolls are probably butthurt "other Firearms mod" supporters that are all mad that their mod is dead. ;)
So ya know there will be a patch very soon to fix a few things. ;)
I have it..but I haven't been able to play it yet because they haven't released the connection patch yet. :|
Also so you guys know..it's no longer $20. The standard edition price went up to $35 after the alpha dropped.
Isn't this mod set in 1983? Great model..but kinda weird that it's in this game when it wasn't even adopted by the US military (Yes I know the mod is about Northern Ireland) until the mid-late 80's. :o
EDIT: Also..the M16A2 doesn't have the M4 Carbine's m203 cutout on the barrel..M16's barrel is a uniform thickness at that point.
Airbusses are a pain in the *** to load.
I know this from experience. :|
Well..I watched it...don't know how it'd fix my problem, though. lol
Did I hear it right and it said that I have to uninstall Zero Hour? :o
Anyone know how to get this thing to work on Windows 7?
Anyone know how to get this thing to install properly on Win7?
Masterfulmage:
They're working on a more fuel-efficient engine for the Abrams.
They actually had one that was going to be used in both the Abrams and a new self-propelled artillery...until Rumsfield canned the artillery... Which sucks..since that one had like half the fuel consumption rate.
Though they're still working on another engine.
Also..I post too many comments at once.

"To further improve the T-72's export prospects and its chances of being selected as Russia's sole production MBT, the T-80U's more sophisticated fire control system was also added to produce a vehicle designated T-72BU. Finally, since worldwide news coverage during Desert Storm had firmly established the image of the T-72 as a burning Iraqi tank, the new model was renamed T-90."
Makes me 'lol'.
Lol at the giant tank discussion.
I thought the T-90 was rather badass myself(though the M1A2 is clearly superior)..until I learned it's just a upgraded T-72...then I lol'd. Anyone else find it amusing that India has more of them than Russia does?
Great model btw.
What..no pictures of the Error-47? You have failed me. :o
Only thing I don't like is that they nerfed the officer pistols. :\
They were hard enough to kill things with as it was. Though pistol sniping WAS hella fun.
My question is..where are the top-mounted machineguns? D:
Hey, if you guys decide to work on the TT model some more and need reference pictures I can give some. I have a Romanian TT. ;)
Thi seems to not work for the winter assault expansion, either that or I have no idea how to use it, one or the other.
