The room where the water is pouring, just take those stairs, and jump on thoses chunks to get to the other side... Then use the barrels to get up to the door which leads into a room with the key to unlock the area where is orb is...

My goal for v 1.3 is to add at least 6 more jump scares to the CS, and to further limit the empty spaces... What does everyone else think?
