wait btw when i reinstalled the 6.1.6 the install method is 'Use the version installed in this computer' so am i doing it right?

when I downloaded the game and I finalized the download it does nothing I cant even find the files that I downloaded and I spent 2 hrs downloading it..... so does that mean I need to re download it again???
