Modifying the files is same as in other mods. Place all you want to edit in gamedata folder of your OGSE installation directory.

No, new AMD driver (and so NVidia) is just bad. They integrated Vulkan API and obviously broke something. There're plenty of problems with these drivers in many games.

Nope. There're upgrades only for AK rifles. Armor can be upgraded only with exo, you can do it yourself.

There is "Hyperon" scope. Look for stashes, do the job for Voronin.
