Can we get the freelancer mod back? Enlisting in a Lords Army and getting money/armor/experience was my go to way to start my "career" in game. And was a way for me to RP my gameplay.

I love the mod, I was wondering if you could made a submod that just increases unit Population cap a bit. Just for some fun larger scale battles. Also is there a way you can mod in a camera zoom mod, it would be nice to be able to zoom out just a touch more.

The game works fine, but it spawns SOOO many units that my computer slows to a crawl, I have a very beefy rig with an i7 5930k @ 4.6Ghz and 2 R9 FuryX in crossfire with a mild overclock.

Hey man, I love your Dawn of War 2 Elite Mod, I'm just wondering if you guys could made a quick submod that increases unit cap. Just for fun old massive comp stomp battles.

I'm not quite following on how to make the shortcut, I have the game installed to me D:\ drive under steamlibrary, tried changing the shortcut but I must be doing something wrong.

Just downloaded, plays great, but I am waiting anxiously for the Atilla version. Atillas engines runs alot better on my triple wide monitor setup, the Rome 2 engine is a bit quirky.

Is this mod still being worked on? I really like it, but kind of wish there were a few small additions and balance work. Dont get me wrong, I love the mod.

I don't think you can, do you have any ideas of how it could work? I think the idea is cool, just not sure how it could be implimented.

I think he means its integrated pretty deeply into the code and, being based off of brytenwalda. But as he says, everything is pretty inbalanced right now. Like a leather cap is considered "heavy" armor for example. But keeping the armor effects is important as it lets factions such as dorne, or some of the Essosi factions be competitive against the more heavily armored westerosi armies.

And if creates a choice for you as the player, will you be fast and light, or heavy and slow, maybe somehwere inbetween?

I was thinking about putting one on the wiki, but I think I'm going to wait until beta 8 or 9 in case there are any big changes.

I like to think of ACOK as a simpler, more scripted Game of Thrones Style game, and An Age of Ice and Fire as a more sandbox style game in the Game of Thrones World. You can "write you own book" if you will. And the troop stats and equipment in AWOIF can be vastly different from other factions, instead of ACOK where everything is pretty much a copy of everything else.

Its both one handed and 2 handed, but if you try to one hand it, you can only thrust.

I thought the same thing, maybe it could be scripted into the tournament system. I was searching for other mods that use something similar to b e a base to look at the code but I can't find any. :(

I think you can disable compansions getting mad at you in the mod option, when you Camp.
