Old drone effects were much better except they only targetted fighters though

as gould how do i build ori ships?

1. How do you get anti replicator satalite?
2. How do you get ability to build BC04 class ships (if wrong i mean dedalus class)
3. Is there anyway to get to atlantis at the moment.
4. Is the anyway to build aurora yet?
