Hey everybody!

I think we can all agree that its relatively difficult to talk about yourself without sounding narcissistic, but I'll try!

I'm a musician, composer, and college professor based in the Washington, D.C. area. I am on Indie DB because I want to continue to write music for video games without having to be a ghost writer for known video game composers. In other words, I'd like to start networking with developers and joining teams who want to make great games that have great music. I'm a huge gamer -- I play pretty much everything from Starbound to Madden to Skyrim to Counterstrike! My favorite game of all time is Neverwinter Nights (the original from 2002; throwback, I know).

Due to non-disclosure causes in various contracts that I've signed, I can't legally discuss the games that I've helped ghost-write some of the music for, but I have several years of experience in writing scores. I attended and graduated from music school with honors and I have been playing music since I was eight years old. I can honestly say that I'm great at what I do and that I can be an asset to any team. My favorite gaming genres to write music for are fantasy, adventure, horror/survival, science fiction, and puzzle.

I'm trying to avoid posting music that I've done, but I'm more than happy to send samples of my work to developers who are interested. One of my favorite things to do when auditioning for a position is to talk to the developer about what they prior to sending samples so that I can deliver exactly what they're looking for -- If you're considering bringing me on, contact me and I'll write a brand new, original sketch and have it sent to you within 24 hours to see how you like my work. I work extremely well with deadlines and I produce my best work under pressure.

I know that many of the projects on this website have limited budgets -- I am completely fine with working out a profit share agreement/contract for when the game gains traction if you are unable to pay me upfront.

One of my biggest concerns is ensuring that I get credit for the music that I write -- I've worked for so long as a ghost writer that I feel like I might explode! lol

Thanks for taking the time to read this! I look forward to hearing from you!
