Havung trouble finding the nebulan carrier and some corrlian classes iknow they where in otas hq in a second ship yard (the sector had 2 otas ship yards and one allience) i can only find one otas ship yard near the east gate has the other one moved from the south west?

Alot of people use x universe plug in manger to launch x3. Google it its very easy to install. Just a note when you launch the game click on the steam launch window and press ok on the error you should here a ding then it will launch

Saves are not totally compatible. Some people found away to go to an empty sector save then install but its not 100% proof and new ships may not be implanted.

In game options apply gate travel pretty much the same effect

Teladi sector - PTNI Head Quaters - theres a special ship yard but be prepared to work for it

In theory yes but you would have to know the prerec for the plot such as standing and pilot ranking.
