Very cool site, you have all the live core of BF modding in it, and the frontpage is complete with each mod in a widget. I wish I had taken german language lessons...

In default configs, map vote screen is activated by INSERT key, which can be reassinged in the CONTROLS setup screen, browse thru those options.

If you talk about really vote for one current vote (the yes/no question at top right), in default is 8/9 keys.

All maps can be played in "co-op" mode, with bots.
Some internet servers run in co-op and some in "conquest" (no bots).
You can start your own co-op maps, train a bit, and then choose one server of your preference.

You need the latest patches for BF1942 (2 files, version 1.6 full & 1.61 patch), the full EoD version 2.30, and this current release, 2.31 patch.

This release is very good, new models, weapons, vehicles, and stuff! We could test it in "Charlie Don't Surf!" event this friday (very timely release, 2 days before C.D.S, is killer marketing!), and it ROCKS!

It's fun, diverse, and good playability too!

Even connecting from Brazil to Germany, ping never compromised action! (very small hicups during short time, can`t remember the map, but almost 11pm GMT+1, and I was connected since 10pm GMT+1)

PS: sorry guys for some T.Ks... I`m rusty - was never a realy good player even in my best days :-D

The EoD Devs Team has declared open "The Bug Hunt Season" for EoD Classic 2.0, in order to prepare the next release to have most bugs extinguished.

More special effects are awesome! They bring a more realistic experience to the game, which was not viable back in the old days (my old TI-4200 maybe can handle 2.0, not shure! But I have new hardware too, no need to worry...)

Do you mean "old" Eve of Destruction release 1.2?
Or maybe you mean compared to "vanilla" (original) Battlefield 1942?

Many different Huey versions (30mm side door mounted, electric gun fixed, medivac - for healling, pure transport, rocket launchers + machine guns - "bush ranger").

Pure observation "Cayuse" ("LOACH") and eletrict minigun mounted version.

Chinook can transport small vehicles inside (you can park them yourself, very carefully!), maps "Operation Forager" and "Que Son Valley" if I'm not mistaken...

There are plenty of guns (M16, AK47, PPHs), vehicles (transport, attack, artillery, anti-aircrafts), aircrafts (transport, fighter, bombers, nalpam, helis), artillery, patrol boats, saipans, hovercratf, ferry.
