Thanks for checking out my profile. I like to work with cinema 4d and learning as much as i can about supporting softwares for it. I enjoy modeling and practice it everyday. i will be putting up my works online soon on a website my brother is making for me. hes a coding master and is proficient actionscript 3.0 and has built some awesome games in flash. i picked up modeling a long time and have been in and out of it, and since i have picked it up last i have stuck with it and continue to get better and its all about reading the books and applying what you learn. im an old fart i guess, i grew up on atari 2600, first golf game i played was a square ball, lol. have always loved video games, and would love to take my modeling skills to the next level and find some good guys to work with through online collab and get something published and just looking for the experience and fun of making an awesome game with awesome people. live in Austin also and is attending the SXSW interactive
Finished the lower with grip and sight. Its high poly to be complete with animation. The operation of this revolver requires the shooter to push a lever to open and reload, and that lever also acts as the rear sight post.. pretty cool. I plan to finish the upper/barrel tonight and start mapping it for photoshop.
I have to admit that getting used to Maya does have its learning curves, but for the most part, modeling is modeling, and all basics apply. I will be reading up on a few things tonight on Maya for sure.
Enjoy.
Any questions, comments or suggestions are always welcome!
