That's even easier, thanks for the tip! ;)

Just FYI, if anyone wants to play with more than 9 bots in a local listen server in Competitive mode, open \steamapps\sourcemods\csso\gamemodes.txt in any text editor, then under the "competitive" entry, change the value of "maxplayers" to something bigger than "10".
Keeping this value at 10 in the gamemodes.txt file will force the game to fill our local Competitive match with bots up to 10 players only, regardless of the number of bots we configure in-game. However, increasing the value of this attribute increases this limit. For example, after setting this value in gamemodes.txt to "20" and also setting the number of bots in the in-game menu to 20, the game will properly fill both sides with bots to have a 10v10 match.
I decided to share this with you folks as it really bothered me that I cannot play Competitive locally with more bots, even though there is a setting for configuring the number of bots. Maybe this will be useful to others who like playing CS offline with bots like me. :)
I installed 1.1 Standalone over an up-to-date version of CS:S, following the installation instructions in the TXT.
Hey PiMoNFeeD, a question about bots. When creating a Competitive match, the Bots setting does not seem to work. Regardless of the amount of bots I specify, the match always launches with teams of five, and features no more than 9 bots altogether. Casual and Custom matches seem to work fine in this regard, and feature the number of bots I specify in the menu.
Is this intentional?
If not, then can you fix the Bots setting so that it overrides the default bot settings for Competitive games as well?
If it's intentional, then can you disable (gray out) the Bots setting if Competitive game mode is selected in the menu?
Apart from this, hats off to your work. I'm having a blast playing CS:GO games with CS:S's physics! :3
I just wanted to explain the same, Croesus... :D
You're very welcome, dnomz. ;)
Let's hope that subsequent updates will be more frequent... ;)
Thanks dnomz, but as soon as we would put it to Kickstarter, we'd receive our Cease and Desist order from Viacom or Paramount, as we use their intellectual property for this mod... :)
Nope, this mod must and will always remain free, simply because the IP can be used for fanon purposes as long as it remains entirely non-profit. :)
Thanks for the detailed feedback, Loner. Constructive criticism is always welcome and evaluated, and while our resources are limited (due to the reasons Trip mentioned above), we still try to achieve the level of quality that will please most of our modwatchers. ;)
Keep on with the comments and remarks if you'll have any - this goes to all of you. ;)
True, and apologize for the silence. With any luck, we can show off much more this week. ;)
I am pretty sure you won't be disappointed... ;)
"Stay Trekkie, my friends!" ;)
They are out on a recon mission to a nearby asteroid. ;)
Thanks for everyone who voted! Unfortunately we did not make it into the Top 100 this year - let's hope we can achieve this in 2012. :)
Many thanks, Cybertrance! We are currently preparing a small update on our progress, hopefully it will be posted on ModDB within a couple of days. :)
Sorry partner, but Croesus is not for sale... ;)
Trip is currently busy mapping a free roam map of the NX-01 which would contain parts of all decks from Enterprise. The first half of our teaser episode would let players explore these decks within reasonable bounds: interact with some NPCs, solve a couple of hidden quests, and so on...
Oh, and we apologize for having you to buy HL2 to no avail (albeit it's a great game on its own, so it mustn't be a bad deal after all... ;)) Make sure to get Crysis 2 this time only after we released the mod! ;-)
Kinda agree with you, although I enjoyed Legacy (even if it could have been way-way better). Our primary goal is to create an Elite Force feeling under CryEngine 3 in the ENT-era... :)
We will certainly need dedicated testers, but their recruitment will happen in a later stage of development. Thanks for your comment!
LOL, believe us, we want it too... ;)
Thanks for commenting!
Hey dnomz,
Thanks, we will do our best to release an enjoyable single-player sci-fi experience this time. We are preparing our first media release at the moment, it will be out within a couple of weeks. ;)
By the way, the last build of the Source-version can still be downloaded from here for your enjoyment... ;)
Thanks Chiemara, and it's great to hear about you again! ;)
Hey Superd,
Thanks for your comment. Currently, we are only looking for an experienced character artist, but will contact you if your services are required... ;)
Let's just say that after learning pivotal lessons, some of us former devs would love to pick up the concept again and do something with it... ;)
Pay attention and read the corresponding news item:

Késznek van jelezve, mert végeztünk vele, tovább már nem tudunk dolgozni rajta. Szóval a mi részünkről sajna ez volt az utolsó verzió.
Love it... ;)
Eléggé fail-szagú a dolog, ha engem kérdezel...
