C-B3 Cortosis Battle Droids. :)

They fire an anti-ground missile attack with a big splash effect, as seen on Mygeeto in RotS. :)

To expand on this, this has been the case with all civ-bonuses, all the time. They get deactivated when all techs is on.

I located the offending rule, but it should not be able to give this error. Will look into it!

Do you remember what made it work? (So that if others have the problem and come across your message, they can try your solution.)

What error did you get? I edited the AI to make Zann work properly, and I did not get any errors at all so far.
