Doesn't work for me , in the instructions it mentions a "GMOD folder" but all the download gave me was a .rar file. what do I do?

This game is actually quite entertaining. although short(so far)
I think this game has everywhere and anywhere to go. A simple concept ,which happens to be more original then anything id could come up with: who cleans up after doomguy? or quake ranger? amazing. keep up the good work!!!
