I load up the game and stuff, set it to No Pop Cap then when the game loads, it has the default cap on it

That last update broke the No-Pop Cap feature :(

I have it on steam and i tried to add the COH Directory to the option under settings, but when i press the play button nothing happens. What should i do??

Everytime i try to launch it it keeps saying it cannot locate the company of heroes file, whats up?
