Hammerlord mod has been launched and is available for download and playing right now. You can play the game as a Dwarf, Wood Elf, Norscan Chaos, Empire, Orc and more. It's been played, livestreamed and featured by several YouTubers already. I'm really excited about the mod's development and uptake by the community. Hammerlord is open to other's contributions for the mod. This has all happened within the space of 2-3 months.

So, 1. no other mods used, 2. you followed Vortex load order exactly, and 3. placed manual files in Sandbox and Native folders?

Our two mods are likely to have different design processes that will clash. The existence of two mods means there will be some unnecessary duplication, but also means that players get twice as many options for fun. There could be some possibility of sharing models, which would be a great result. At the moment, I'm really happy with how Hammerlord is progressing and how it has been accepted by players. I'm not sure why I would change my process, I'm really enjoying myself. This video review makes me really happy: Youtube.com

Congrats! I particularly like the looks of the high elves. Thanks for the shout-out as well, i appreciate it.
A trick for lord equipment: create a new character for the main clan lords (so long as you are including spclans and spkingdoms files in your mod?). Give him the custom equipment. It doesn't solve all lord equipment problems, but at least will help define the look of that clan through the leader.
