I once rated this a 10...
7 years later, no NPCs after constant promises and and then avoidance all together. Plenty of other updates but devs literally act like NPCs are just not a thing and refuse to discuss it at all.
The game works, the game is decent. But at some point devs have to be accountable for their s***.
