Sorry I have been busy with other projects and only got around to updating it.
Tested with Zandronum it works. I do not know about GZDoom 4 since QCDE itself is not compatible with GZDoom 4.x due to the fact that Zandronum is the target Source Port.
GZDoom has just implemented a bunch of new features that partially break QCDE behavior, which was a-ok up until the last 3.x version
QCDE updated the way the OST works by placing an item in the map, which makes "missin actors" to show up in console and latest version of OST to not work. Use the old OST version and newest maps, just ignore the error, it doesn't cause any problem anyway.
I am not going to update QCDExD4T just for that so don't you spam me with continuous requests to do it.
Once again: I have many more things to take care of than releasing updates to mods and I found your attitude to be very disrespectful

Just MP since it serves no purpose in SP.
If you have it among the pk3s in your wadloader and you play SP it will not show the pickup time on its own regardless of the setting

It is a very minor thing that only affects 2 maps in all of the AeonQCDE and QCDEmaps mapsets
Yes they do only work in MP.
That is because I have only recolored the hands of the weapons we decided to include in the MP.
The reason being the fact that QCDExD4T is just a MP addon, at the last minute I managed to make it SP compatible so that people would not have to change the pk3s they were loading depending on the game mode they wanted to play.
However, if you play SP coop the player sprites will be different depending on the class you and your friends choose
