You couldn't be more wrong! It is very worth it my friend there may only be a few "popular servers" but its about the active community behind those servers and the active moderators keeping it all running smooth :D
As someone who plays daily i would highly recommend you come join us! You might just have fun or make some new friends :)
Im sorry but i dont know about steam but waiting for 10gb to download (plus update) will be well worth it once you get in a server and start your journey :)
