if youre not keeping the scout then do you plan to add the vanguard as the empire still needs some form of scout fighter. also the scout was useful as it allowed me to use sensor ping near the enemies station and then drop a fleet of imperators.

Actually the stormtroopers missed on purpose because tarkin ordered them too, so that they could track the rebels to their secret base. Their are other explanations of why it happened in other movies, but most people need to remember that stormtroopers are eitheir humans or clones of humans so they have the same flaws.

what about the reborn palpatine as the third faction? I mean even if he died in the clone wars he would rise again through his secret cloning center that would have been hidden from both factions. Because in the Dark Empire comics his spirit survived endor and possessed one of his many secret clones.

I watched the episode and then looked up these troopers, and I belleive that they're supposed to be special operations troopers please correct me if I'm wrong.
