We're looking at a persistent time period. Spanning several hundred years.

Ill compare it to cooking :)
You are waiting for the stove to heat up, for the pan to get warm. What do you do in the mean time.
You cut up the carrots, you slice the onions, and get the plates and silverware out for dinner.
Now, imagine Mount & Blade II: Rome is soup. Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord is the water, the noodles, warming up to a boil. While the noodles are cooking (Taleworlds) we (MB2:Rome dev Team) are cleaning and cutting up all the vegetables, getting the dumplings ready, and setting the table for dinner. Once the noodles are cooked and the chicken is cooked (Taleworlds) we can add the vegetables, dumplings, and whatever other assortments to the soup, let it cook for a little while longer, and then serve the soup (To You).
its the calm before the storm
Just made my day ;)
It WILL be worked on consistently until and through June. Re-read his post. He will be handing off development until his exams are done.
For those who don't speak Russian, he just said: "This mod sucks"
I vehemently disagree.
A building wall - used as an abstract building block to connect buildings or block off areas.
It very well could be, but is just a early possibility. This mod is subject to change.
We are looking at it but hoping we can include a vast majority of the civilizations.
I took over 20 of these "Vanilla" castles and intend to finish taking the rest.
I think it would be awesome of once you capture your own castle you could set your own faction's color. The "Red" color you get is very close to the "Mordor" color, and is disconcerting when I am playing as Gondor.
You know what I love? Is when a group of orcs is attacking me, and I hear Merry screaming! LEAVE THE POOR HOBBIT ALONE YOU FILTH!!!!!
The 'uninstall' option is called 'delete local content' - you right-click on the game in the list and choose that option, then you can re-download it.
The message that a game is currently unavailable is sometimes caused by your PC losing connection to the Steam service - in that case a restart of Steam is all it takes, try that first ;)
I came across a similar issue - except it caused the game to crash. Could not find nazgul texture.
Make sure you launch the Veiled Stars from the startup box.

Compressing the entire mod + hotfix 2.1 and 2.1.1 - will upload shortly.
It looks like it will be about 1 hour.
Yeah. Around 1300 visits today. But, actually, 800 of those visits were me checking in eager anticipation for a download link!! :O
Thats an idea - but probably not completely possible. But, as everything goes, the game will not be completely historical, but will strive for historical accuracy.
Look up 4 comments.
I fully intend to build this game with the intention of players playing the game for several hundreds of hours. In which case Carthage could expand from a simply Phonecian state into a global economic and military power. OR they might be destroyed. All depends on how good you as a player are. I think you assume that there will be a very narrow focus to the timespan of this game. Rome lasted for more than 1000 years; by no means will we be be limited to a meager few.
As long as Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord is still excepted to come out, this will be active.
Thats great to hear! Been waiting to hear that all day.
Well, what goes into every game mod? Models, textures, screenshots, loading screens, stories, ect. All this content can be gathered before hand, no need to wait until after the game comes out. There is no beta for mod devs.
For what you're giving to us generously, free of charge, in this Mod? If anything I feel bad playing it without paying for it!
Do you want a donation to get yourself a new computer? Say the word and I am certain 5-6 (me being one of them) people will come together and pool some $$ to get you a replacement.
