Yea, I actually thought it was like bf2 where the environment map's opacity handles the reflection and the bumpmap was opaque. You can imagine the frustration it caused me when I tried to translate that to Skyrim....

I don't even know how Skyrim Creation Kit works.. Btw, what program did you use to make models for Skyrim? And Can we make new Armors?
Armors can be made, but I think they have to be rigged- I'll look into it soon.
I use maya 2011 and 3dsmax 12 to convert to nif. Then nifskope and creation kit for converting
You have to use both Nifskope and SCK to convert it?
yes. it isn't that hard once you have it down to muscle memory.

I didn't make one for the sheath, but the blade now has normals. Took me forever to figure out that color=depth and opacity=shininess. Whew...
