I never really understood "urban" camouflage. An urban place has a wide range of artificial objects that provide contrasting backgrounds no matter what you're wearing, even grey
Grey fits well into those distortions of color and objects.
To be honest, the best urban pattern would be a mix of completely random, spontaneous shapes.
