It means the download failed and was interrupted before being complete, so the file is not readable. I confirm it works when I download this mod from moddb. Just retry to download it. :-)

For those who want to play this mod, there is still two servers online. The master server seems down now so you need to add theses servers as favorites to see them in the ingame server browser.
