Hey! I make stuff in GoldSource! Most of what I do for modding at the moment revolves around Counter-Strike: Condition Zero Deleted Scenes.

Hello again!

The skill.cfg is used in CSDS. But only these have been found so far to be in use.

- sk_hgrunt_health (CT/T health)
- sk_turret_health (Turret health)
- sk_miniturret_health (Turret health)
- sk_sentry_health (Turret health)
- sk_suitcharger (Armor charger amount)
- sk_battery1 (Armor pickup amount)
- sk_healthkit (Healthkit pickup amount)
- sk_scientist_heal (Scientist 'syringe boost' amount)
- sk_plr_buckshot (Player shotgun)

There may be more, but I still need to find/test them out.

Hi Bost0n-KR33m,

For the Counter-Strike Condition Zero Deleted Scenes FGD, you're actually using a really old version. I have one on my page that is made from decompiled code and has a lot more content/information.

The CZ models are the same as the CZDS ones. Only difference is the texture size and colours. Nothing more.

Your timeline of the game development cycle is messed up.
Rouge Entertainment > Gearbox > Ritual Entertainment > Turtle Rock > Valve

No, It's feature complete, all though some of those features are slightly rushed. According to Castle (Ritual Entertainment Level Designer).

At the moment we don't have access to the source code for CS:CZDS. So we can't fix any of the issues unless the whole game is re-made using the normal HL SDK. The best we can do right now is to make maps for it, models, textures, and the proprietary material system. Basic modding stuff.

Well, I have the decompiled code from the game. It's super broken and you can't read most of the information, but the attributes (keyvalues) are very easy to find and add. If they work or not is something I can't always guarantee, that's why there are a lot of missing ones in the actual FGD "Notes section".

I'm trying to get in contact with Valve so that they can provide me with the actual files (.DEF because Ritual Entertainment used UberTools to make CS:CZDS) to make a 100% correct FGD file.

You'd want to use Audacity for non-looped sounds. Goldwave for looped sounds due to the support for cue points.

It needs to be this:
> For NPCs (Mouth moving)
- 22050 Hz
- Mono
- *Export* 8bit unsigned Wav file

> For general sounds and such
- 22050 Hz
- Mono
- *Export* 16bit signed Wav file

Yes, those objects do exist, and they have terrorist versions. But they seem to share the same features as the regular monster_xx_xxx_mp5 objects.

I'll put them into the new update that's coming soon with a quick level.

It should be possible, as they updated the game to add cut mission in 2004. But, I don't think they will now.

For now, all we can do is mod what is there.
