Classically trained in piano Have been composing and recording his style of instrumental music since 1986. 1999 formed Inner Force Music (IFM) and saw the release of Ring Of Dragons, which charted on New Age Reporter and received great reviews. The follow-up CD, Dragonwind (2001), was released on the well-known New Age label, Etherean Music, and included a 15-minute computer animation music video. Later returning to his own record label, IFM, Christopher released Faerielore, which was the first album to also be digitally available worldwide. In 2009 'Alandar' was released charting to #5 and nominated for Best Neo-Classical and Electronic Album of 2009 (Zone Music Reporter). Along with his own releases Caouette has worked with a few independent film makers creating customer scores for live and animation projects as well as several game companies creating custom music and sound design.

I suppose it depends. Looking at it from a composer's POV if I was doing the work for a AAA game I would have a large budget and gain and easier time getting new AAA work. However, I've vastly enjoyed working with indie developers and love being more involved over the course of development.
