If you have custom maps installed, check if any of them were made for a different C&C game. If so, remove those maps. If that fails, try deleting your skirmish.ini file located in C:\Users\(Your username)\AppData\Roaming\Red Alert 3\Profiles\(profile name). If that also fails, try setting your model details and textures to the high setting.

The newest release is Pre-release 1.1, the 1.3xb versions are the beta (development) versions (older).
Make sure you have all of the mod files in the mod folder (there should be three in total: the skudef and 2 big files (streams and misc)). If it still fails, try to temporarily move all of your other mods into a different folder and re-import this mod only.
Make sure you copied/placed the entire 'EnhancedVanilla' folder with all inside contents (the .big and .skudef files) into your mods folder. Does the mod itself load or does the normal unmodded game launch instead?
It's the final version(s) of the mod before all intended features are properly implemented for the full release.

Copy and paste the folder inside the zip into the Red Alert 3 mods folder, located in your documents folder.
For Enhanced Vanilla (OG Version) the 1.04b version was broken and was removed. Re-download version 1.05b with the hotfix to fix the issue.
