after rechecking it's under 20fps sometimes under 10fps and it's killing me

all the games that I play are 30=>20 FPS on ultra-low

My situation is getting worse every day things are going out of hand sadly in the next few months I maybe "no more" .
It's been good long journey here but the last 3-4 years was tough and hellish and in the next 4 months my destiny maybe pitch black if things don't change ;( ToT ToT
