First, you need download and install Endwar mod ver4 againt. And install Terminator update after.

With Fierce War mod, you can play all age, From Ancient Age to Information Age.
With Modern Warfare, you can only play Information Age. And have some difference nations.

I lock Senate because I want this mod forcus about nomar war. Not some magic of leader or general. 4 Aircraft in Airbase to make ground forces have more importance.

Ukraine is a part of EUA in this mod.

You can deploy 8 Special Forces from Helicopter or 6-9 Infantry from APC or IFV.

Có thể bạn nhé. Copy đè lên hoặc bạn có thể copy ra thêm 1 folder Rise of Nations ở chỗ khác rồi cài mod kia vào folder đó. Vậy là có thể chơi nhiều mod mà ko phải cài đi cài lại mod.

I found the bug. I did update the new fix file. You can download Endwar update ver1.1 again to fix RUS elite special forces. Sorry about that bug.

I will check it. But you can check it too.
Open game. Click 'Tools & Extras' => 'Scenario Editor'.
Choos nation 'RUS' and click build all unit of this faction to find what is unit has bug.
Oh, and this mod only for the last age. If you play from first age, game will crashes
