Sure, it's in the valley behind Bengar's farm. There are stairs from the Bengar's farm that will take you down. There are some bandits there as well. Explore!

Are you using old saves? Any other mods? I've tried to reproduce the bug but it all works fine for me.

It's a DX11 issue, specifically the latest build - X16. Revert to the older one or wait for the author of DX11 mod to fix it.

L'Hiver EN Edition 0.9a is updated and re-uploaded.

Changes are minor, just some stuff I've been planning to change/add for a while but never got to it until now: some texture changes and fixes (e.g., fix for tree sprites on the cliffs showing awkward and low-res under DX11, reverted to the original grass texture, recoloured it).

In case of any game-breaking bugs and problems I will update otherwise consider this update final. The mod is fully translated and adapted for the international community. Enjoy playing!

Thank you for the suggestions, bug reporting and commenting.

Update yes but not as a separate download, instead I will be re-uploading 0.9a with included fixes in the next week and make a note here in the comments and add to the list in the changelog.

Follow the road into the woods, pass the pond with the lurkers, the next thing on the road will be those wolves.

I'm not sure about the X spots but if I remember correctly those are connected with some quest from Greg.

Are you running DX11 or old render? Either way, could be a lot of things. Try clean instal and follow the installation instruction.

You'd have to start a new game for some changes to apply (e.g., meat roasting) on the maps you have already visited (changes should apply right away on the maps that you visit for the first time). Maybe a new chapter reset will do that too but I'd have to confirm that.

Missing weather effects are an issue of DX11 render and not related to this mod. Updates for DX11 are coming at a steady pace, we all have high hopes that the dry season will end sooner or latter. I very much like the new fog implemented in version X13.

I don't know why the teleport stones are removed. Would like to find out first before bringing them back in.
ps if restored you would probably have to start new game to see them

The no. 2 is a bug inherent from the original game. I've already fixed it. I'll look into the rest. Thank you.

Really? It's a news to me and a wonderful one. I thought it would be me and Google translator taking a crack at Russian writings. Thank you!

That would be great mate, please do send me those textures and I'll replace them. Even though there is a log entry and description still it would be nice to have them in English.

Yes, I've left them that way and have instead set a new log entry to be created with the list of needed materials once sketch is opened. Also wrote it in description of the sketch. Kind of a workaround, I didn't want to edit the textures. If somebody wants to do that I'd be happy to replace them.

Greener grass used in the old world maps making it's way to the new world in the next release of the mod. Looks really good in DX11 too.

I do not speak Russian but it was not necessary here. L'Hiver did not contain any new text (except the odd thing here and there and new books) so I was extracting all text from English game scripts. Returning 2.0 will contain a lot of new text from what I hear and translating that would have to be done from the scratch, google translate will not be enough.

Thank you! Please do report any errors you find, I'll be looking to fix them and include the fixes in the next release of the mod along with some minor changes I wanted to implement. I've added the 'fry all meat' feature after all ;)

Yes.

This version is based on the original scripts of the mod, as is the Polish version. I'm not sure whats the deal with the German version.

From what I can see the German version is not based on the L'Hiver scripts but on the original game scripts, so any changes this mod made is gone. In that version only changes to the world maps are visible, new textures, etc.

1. That feature is not working in the original release of the mod, not sure why, probably not yet completed.
2. Yes, somehow I've missed to translate 'Fried meat', thanks for noting that.

I have not intended to work on the mod myself except in service of translation and adaptation.

From what I can see on the original Russian thread of the mod, current status of the project is now 'frozen'. Hopefully the author is just taking a break and will continue working on it.

No, this release does not require mod kit installed. I've packed this release the way the original Russian release was packed. It's a less hassle, however make sure you don't have any other mods installed this way because it can cause interference.

I'm sorry for the delay, I did not know the admin will publish the page before the mod is uploaded. Anyways, the mod is uploaded!, but... "is currently awaiting authorisation. Authorisation can take a couple of days during which time a site administrator will check the file to ensure..." - they seem to be fast.
