My name's Henry Scott and I'm a music composer and sound designer. I come from a particularly musical background where I first began by learning to play the guitar at the age of 8. I started writing music when I joined a band at the age of 11 and since then I've know I wanted to be a composer of some sort. I've also always been a gammer so combining these two passions of mine was a no-brainer! In July of 2016, I finished my 'Contemporary Music Production' Degree at the 'Academy of Contemporary Music' in Guilford, where I learned all about recording, producing, and designing all things audio, and I now plan to put that into practise. Since then I've worked with various programmers, artists and game developers which you can check out on my website www.scottgamesounds.com.
'Lost What Matters' is a short composition I've created just to test my self with a different style of music to what I would usually compose for. It's a heavy and sad theme that was wrote simply for fun. I've tried to focus a bit more on the dynamic side of the production as I felt it would benefit the style more, as I have used little compression and tried to contrast the amplitude of different instruments more so than I would usually.
