Where do I put the valve?

You should make the neighbor slower,I found that "Idle speed", "Hunt speed" and "Attack speed" should set to StealUp. And StealUp should set to 200. That's the most accurate I think. And you should tick off "Install Cameras". And you should try to make all four difficulty! BTW very cool mod :D
