c1a1 is broken, I'll look into it this afternoon

You could probably just copy some random model in the models folder (keep it in there though) and rename it to v_bgrap.mdl. Something might not work, but I don't recall that model name for anything so I don't think anything should go wrong.

It'll probably be a patch for normal Jamie's Mod.

Announcement: We're scrapping Jamie's Mod 2 (ladders were broken and there were far too many problems) and making Jamie's Mod Blue Shift and Jamie's Mod Opposing Force. Blue Shift will be first, and obviously won't be called that, and it should be out in the next few months.

you can play multiplayer in this version through console commands (some russian guy managed to in his let's play of this), but there's no world models or player models.

Put the jmod folder to C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\yourusername\Half-Life , restart steam.

Well I personally wanted multiplayer in the game, but lemur and tersock (the other main devs of this game) really weren't interested in it so it wasn't really ever done. I would have done it myself, but I've moved onto Lucid, another hl1 mod.
