The Third Faction is Seraphim (unlike the faction of the same name from Supreme Commander: Forged Alliance), personally resembles a Scrin faction design with purple glows and white alien metal, and also alien creatures resemble Zerg with Scrin-like features. The Seraphim could be the third faction of The Second Tiberium War after the LQ Tiberium explosion on Earth, it should be really the alien invaders of Earth than Scrin in original timeline. Others, the GDI's and the Nod's antagonistic enemies could be the Seraphim.

The true question is correct and it will be revived again to keep Neptunia doing in this mod.

Lastly, the China Campaign will be fully opened forever.

The Emperor Tank was intended to change the model in V1.0 but it returned to original for now.
