Yes there are many bugs in this version. I will post a updated version soon, but the game is still in beta stage so bugs are expected to happen.
If you can PM some bugs you experienced, where or what you are doing would be a big help

inside one of the folders (I don't remember the name) there's a installer, or you can just download from here:

try pressing esc and changing the FOV to other value than 120. If this works is a known bug on that version, if not, can you give more details? You can send me a message.
