Steam oder DVD? Sprachdateien hab ich eigentlich nicht verändert. Ich weiß dass einige Videodateien in Abhängigkeit der Sprache installiert werden. Ich glaub für mein RC mod hatte ich auch so ne Abhängigkeit für ein paar Sounddateien.
Ich könnte mir vorstellen dass Steam da etwas beeinflusst. Stell mal die Sprache in Steam auf english und schau was passiert. ggf gibt es einen zusätzlichen Launch parameter mit dem man SWBF2 zu einer bestimmten Sprache zwingen kann

No, only GR is supported for GC.
There are some maps that support RCM but no new maps come with this mod.
There is a kamino map from Teancum and sea map that i don't remember the name atm

You don't put files somewhere for this mod. You just run the installer.

You need to get ride of any AI Hero scripts that you have installed. They need to be a kind of user_script_xx.lvl.
Remastered already comes with this kind of feature and will conflict with additional installed scripts. If you prefer the other ai script (although they are both the same) you can deactivate AI Heros in the remastered settings

I test multiplayer and it worked for me, but i think i never tried with an own custom server where others joined 🤔

I love the npc but maybe you can put some more work on the RC itself. Specially the visor. I made a RC mod on my own ( Moddb.com ), so if there are any references or files that can support you, let me know

installer works fine with steam. make sure you have a clean install, selected the correct folder and do not have any other mods installed that modify the game exe

test with shader patch and works fine for me. May be a problem of
- DisplayLink software if using with a docking station
- your display resolution
