It sits in the hotbar on it's own special space. Just scroll your hotbar selection to it, then "use" it like anything else (right click)

Indie Royale, when you activate the key they sent you, will "activate" all those games, including XenoMiner on Desura for you - then you can just get updates through Desura.

If you bought off our website instead, you have to update manually (for now) so just watch for news posts about updates.

We're also happy to issue Desura keys if you bought off our website or anywhere else, just PM us (we'll ask to see your purchase) and we'll get you set up.

Unfortunately Xbox is a "closed system" that doesn't allow for fun interactions with systems outside of their walled garden, so that won't be possible. Perhaps in the future this will change with Xbox One, but we have to wait and see.

I believe the IR bundle has a link to the installer - install it through there, it will get updated as we update Desura. If that doesn't work just shoot us a PM and we'll take care of ya

Thanks for the feedback Prezombie, we agree with most of your points. We've still got a long way to go on the PC interface - it's a lot more intuitive with a gamepad, just because that's where the UI has its roots.

Would love to update Daisy to hit the HUD instead of a full popup as well, hopefully we can see that change down the road.

the internal desura installer should work again, it may take an uninstall and reinstall. Sorry about that.

Are you using the Desura install or the stand-alone MSI?

Although the jumpstart kit is all available via the standard game, the "Mother of Pearl" schematic is not. You should see that as a craft option in your Centriforge.

Sure! Or you could just throw the stuff out on startup if you don't mind the break, that way you'd still have the special schematic unlocked.

Agreed about upgrading, some of our players like to have a leg up when they start a new game, as they want to get to mega builds and super-structures and have already had the fun of the upgrade path already.

Not able to test it right now and it will be a few hours before I can, but I believe you want to just download it through Indie Royale - Indie Royale generates a master key for the bundle that then should actually activate the game's Desura keys for you. Then it will be on Desura and properly unlocked, all automated.

You'll want the primary version, not the trial/demo version. The trial is a different download, so you maybe just grabbed the wrong one?

Hey Jon, we have a build up and waiting approval to fix the lack of feedback there. Even without the feedback you should get:

Access to unique schematic for "Mother of Pearl" voxels (look for them in your crafting screen in the CentriForge), as well as the "Prospector's Bundle" starter kit to help you get a jumpstart on new games.

New games will start your miner with upgraded equipment: 2nd Tier Helmet, PICK, Suit, Backpack and Boots as well as upgraded Air and Battery Attachments. (Look in your backpack).

If you can, zip up the world and email it to us. It's in your Documents>SavedGames>XenoMiner>Xenominer folder. We can take a look at it. These are also the folders you can make copies of if you want to backup your worlds.
