I've had someone get this problem with an outdated Intel laptop driver before, but was never able to confirm if updating had fixed it or not. Try getting the latest from Intel's site ( Downloadcenter.intel.com ) and let me know how that goes.

If that doesn't work, another possible cause is that you have vsync turned off.

To those of you having issues with the game running too fast: Can you tell me what kind of graphics card and driver you're using?
