Well. Nothing has been brought to light other than you have now abused the copyright system for a takedown for a video that was critical of your crowdfunding campaign. It will be reversed. The video by all accounts fell well within Fair Use doctrine. The fact that the automated system worked in your favor for now, is not a significant victory, but actually opening the door for actual legal actions.

However. Aside from this action showing the fragility of your egos. What actual injustice or lies were told by Callum? The inability to do point to what parts offended you shows your thinly veiled bad faith action of abusing the DMCA system to silence critique.

Just want to note that I do not speak for Callum or his interests. I'm just another indie developer who see's another one making the grave error that so many bad actors have done in the past and haven't been successful in completing (abusing the DMCA system).

So...what are the actual lies and injustices now?

Since Build 8 is a total rebuild, we'll see what that brings. Pretty far into it now. Hopefully with the new job I'll find some good solid time to get build 8 done =)

If resolution fails for some reason, you can delete the ini file so it re-inits. Should default to 1280x768 at that point. Not sure why it would come up at 1920x1080 if you don't have that resolution available. The detect code shouldn't work that way.

Hello Jade! As already pointed out, the build you downloaded was a stage very early in development. A proof of concept really. There will be more control over the world when more gets done. Stay tuned and thanks for checking it out =)
