It's okay. Thanks for offering to build a customized version, you're great. :) I'll just try to walk thru the game with 1.3 as it is; I trust you balanced it out right, so it's gonna be immersive. I'll post my experiences.

Just a quick question: is enemy level scaling absolutely eliminated?

Yep I know about parallel installations, but I prefer a single all-immersive playthrough that integrates all possible content. It's great that your mod works with Tamriel Rebuilt.

Seems to be a great update to 2011 standards. But I guess it needs a thorough mod compatiblity listing to stay alive. For instance, does it work with Better Heads, Better Bodies, MCA, Freelancer, Advanced Herbalism?

These are some awesome mods, and I think any overhaul should make the effort to integrate them.
